Pre-Registered members will be able to pick up their membership badge during early pick-up days. Photo ID required. You may only pick up your own badge. LI-Con is not responsible for lost badges.
Early pick up days:
Saturday August 8, 2015 at Game Master Games 2pm-8pm
Sunday August 9, 2015 at Brothers Grim 2pm-8pm
Memberships are not mailed out; each membership must be picked up, in person, by the registered member. You may not pick up memberships for anyone other than yourself. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL MEMBERSHIPS (not including child memberships).
Pre-Registered members may pick up their memberships at the Pre-Registration booth during convention hours. You may also pick up pre-registered memberships during our early pick up day events (TBD). At the door memberships will be sold at the Registration area during the convention upon availability.
*Discounted Memberships are available for students, seniors (age 62+) and active military.*
When picking up a discounted membership, you will be required to show proof of your status as a student/senior citizen/serving military. If you do not have proof of your identity (student ID, driver’s license showing birth date, military ID, etc.) you will be required to pay the difference between the purchased level of membership and a full-cost at-the-door membership.
Children’s memberships are also available for children ages 13 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 6 do not need to purchase a membership, however we recommend requesting a child badge to fill out in case of emergencies.
Single day memberships can be purchased At The Door only, upon availability.
**ALL MEMBERSHIPS WILL REQUIRE PHOTO ID UPON PICK UP. YOU MAY NOT PICK UP A MEMBERSHIP FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF.**

You may only wear your own badge. You are not permitted to wear someone else’s badge. The resale of LI-CON memberships for profit without permission (scalping), the counterfeiting of memberships or badges, or fraud involved in willfully gaining membership or admission without paying proper membership dues is illegal and strictly prohibited. Violators will forfeit any memberships in their possession, without refund, and will be legally prosecuted. Damaged badges will only be replaced by membership services on presentation of the damaged badge. Lost badges will NOT be replaced. If the lost valid badge is returned to membership services with the NEW badge the NEW membership cost will be refunded. Otherwise, NO REFUNDS. You may state your case for refund to directors@iconsf.org who will then review each case at the next board meeting after the event.

Just to make sure, but if I preorder a ticket, I can pick it up at the convention center on the day I come to the con instead of the early pickup date?

Yes, that’s absolutely OK. We expect most people will actually pick up at the convention center, but we are making early pick-up available for those who have the opportunity to participate, and are eager to skip waiting on line. We hate lines at our conventions! The shorter we can make them, the better. Tip of the hat to our current Security head, Ms. McRanor, who invented early pickup a few years ago.
